Thea assists both financial and industrial clients in all stages of the transaction process, from initial negotiations to signing and completion. She has worked with a wide range of clients and has assisted national and international companies on both the buy- and sell-side in complex M&A transactions. Assistance in connection with corporate transactions can relate to everything from the choice of organisational and transaction form, assistance with due diligence reviews, to advice related to the conclusion of agreements and implementation of settlements. Assists both Norwegian and international companies and organisers in connection with processes on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
