Partner in CMS Kluge’s Real Estate team. She has background from CMS Kluge's Corporate team. Tyvold works with transactions/M&A and commercial real estate. She provides expertise on drafting and negotiating contracts. Extensive experience on court proceedings after more than two years as a deputy judge in Norway’s second largest district court. Assists clients on issues regarding commercial real estate, including real estate transactions and lease contracts for existing or new building projects. Her work often consists of drafting contracts and assisting clients with negotiations. Tyvold is experienced with drafting cooperation agreements and shareholders’ agreements in real estate projects. Assists with most aspects of M&A transactions and restructuring, for example giving strategic advice, assisting with negotiations in the M&A process, leading due diligence reviews, and the drafting of SPAs and shareholders’ agreements. She has a degree from King’s College London, specializing inter alia on European competition law.
