Maria Bozinaki
Maria is a senior associate of our M&A and Project Development practice. She has wide experience in assisting domestic and international clients from various industries on their day-to-day corporate and commercial practices and compliance, including contractual and business arrangements and ad-hoc legal advice in business affairs. She is engaged in business transformations and restructurings, including M&A transactions support for distressed and not distressed assets, as well as insolvency proceedings. Maria also undertakes legal due diligence, drafting of transactional documentation and implementation of the relevant Greek law formalities required. She was admitted to the Piraeus Bar in 2014 and joined our firm in 2023. Maria is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
