Gina Dimitropoulou

Gina is a senior associate in our corporate and commercial law practice. She is involved in advising multinational and domestic corporations on structuring their business in Greece and handles day-to-day and general corporate matters, such as company set ups and transformations, share deals and transfers of business, corporate governance, day-to-day corporate advice and support, AML and in general compliance matters. She is also engaged in commercial agreements and arrangements, such as agency, distribution and commercial lease matters and provides relevant regulatory advice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2019 and joined our firm the same year. Gina is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
