
Katerina Fereti
Katerina is a senior associate of our Public Procurement & Concessions practice group. She has broad experience in all aspects of EU and public/ administrative law and regularly represents clients before the Administrative Courts while she has also handled complaints on alleged breaches of EU law before the European Commission. She is experienced in all aspects of administrative law and handles a wide array of regulatory matters in a broad spectrum of industries. Her expertise also covers public procurement law issues where she provides end-to-end advice to clients, from the review of tender documents and compilation of bids to handling tender-related dispute procedures in and out of Court. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2009 and joined our firm in 2023. Katerina is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
