Elpida Karathodorou is a Senior Associate and focuses on corporate, commercial and M&A. She advises international businesses planning to operate in Greece on their establishment, structuring and their day-to-day corporate commercial practices. She also has been involved in a wide range of multinational M&A transactions by carrying out legal due diligence and drafting transactional documentation for the completion of acquisitions.
