
Nikos Koukos
Nikos is a senior associate and advises international and domestic corporate clients οn a wide array of issues with a primary focus on the areas of public procurement and energy law where he regularly advises on regulatory/compliance matters. Nikos also has significant experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts and M&A transactional work. He has been involved in numerous financing, capital markets and corporate acquisition projects and has extensive experience in coordinating and conducting legal due diligence for such projects. His experience also covers public procurement law. He has advised on a regular basis multinational companies and successfully led business teams throughout all stages of international tender processes, from responding to call for tenders to tender related dispute procedures in and out of court as well as during the execution of ongoing contracts. Nikos is admitted before the Supreme Court. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2010 and joined our firm in 2021. · Zepos & Yannopoulos
