Sonia Melegou

Sonia Melegou is the head of our real estate practice.. With over 15 years' experience in the real estate practice advising international and domestic clients she has a solid track record on property transactions, such as acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential lease agreements, and sale and lease back arrangements. She has also significant experience in the creation of in rem securities and the restructuring of collaterals, as well as in the due diligence of real estate portfolios. She has also worked with multinational clients active in the luxury goods business regarding trademark infringement matters and anti-counterfeiting strategies. Sonia also represents clients before the First Instance Court and the Court of Appeals, on disputes arising from real estate, leases, trademark infringement, breach of contract, recovery of debts and claims and tort. Sonia is also a CEDR Accredited Mediator and one of the first 50 mediators accredited by the Greek Ministry of Justice. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2000 and joined our firm in 2001 and she is admitted before the Supreme Court. · Zepos & Yannopoulos
