Efthymis Naoumis
Efthymis is a partner in our finance & capital markets group. His primary focus is capital markets. Efthymis acts for lenders, borrowers, credit and financial institutions in various types of projects, including ECM/DCM transactions. He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and compliance matters. Prior to joining our firm, Efthymis was involved in several M&A projects and advised investment firms and other financial institutions on day-to-day issues, as well as on complex and high-profile transactions, both domestic and international. Efthymis is admitted before the Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2011 and joined our firm in 2021. · Zepos & Yannopoulos
