Stathis Orfanoudakis is a partner of our M&A practice. Stathis focuses on corporate, commercial, competition, M&A and intellectual property law. He has experience in international business transactions, including the establishment of joint ventures, share and asset deals and corporate restructurings. Stathis’s practice covers a wide range of matters pertaining to EU and Greek competition law, from merger clearance filings to representation of clients before competition authorities, as well as antitrust corporate compliance. Stathis also regularly advises international and domestic clients on corporate and commercial matters of their day-to-day operation, including the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2013 and joined our firm in 2018. Stathis is admitted before the Court of First Instance. · Zepos & Yannopoulos
