Dimitra Rachouti is a partner of our energy practice. She has enhanced knowledge of the Greek and EU energy regulation and long experience in advising international and domestic clients in a wide range of energy projects, including RES and conventional power generation projects, storage projects, electricity and natural gas transmission projects. She is specialized in advising on regulatory issues, in the drafting and negotiation of M&A documentation and corporate PPA(s) and in leading due diligence reviews in connection with the acquisition or financing of energy projects. Her experience also includes advising clients on the environmental, real estate and bankability aspects of energy projects. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2004 and joined our firm in 2024.
