Iraklis has extensive experience in both constitutional and administrative law, in a vast array of legal fields. These include tax law, tax and administrative procedures law, public procurement law, investment, business and professions licensing regulations, radio and television law, as well as interim remedies and precautionary measures issues. As a member of the Court he was part of numerous administrative, legislative and judicial committees and councils, such as the drafting committee for the Code of Administrative Procedures, the Miscarriages of Justice Court and the Disciplinary Council of the Council of State. He has also taught in various seminars organized by the Council of State, the National School of Judges and the Athens Bar Association. Iraklis Tsakopoulos joined our firm in 2018, after having served the Council of State (Supreme Administrative Court) for more than thirty years—the last nine as Councilor of State. · Zepos & Yannopoulos
