Diana Tsourapa

Diana Tsourapa is a partner of our tax practice. Diana focuses on tax controversy & litigation and she has extensive experience in handling tax audits of multinational companies, including tax matters such as income tax and transfer pricing, VAT, stamp duty and real estate taxes. She works closely with clients in order to determine the appropriate line of defense and represents them before tax authorities and courts of all instances, including the Supreme Administrative Court. In addition, Diana has extensive experience in advising multinational companies across most industries on the full scope of corporate tax issues arising in Greece. She also advises clients on matters of international tax regarding cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions. Diana is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
