Paris Tzoumas is a partner and head of Finance. Paris’s practice focuses on corporate lending, transactional banking and capital markets, as well as project finance and PPPs. Paris is also involved in advising clients on regulatory matters covering an array of banking and investment services considerations. Paris acts for lenders, borrowers, project companies and construction joint ventures in various types of financing projects, such as project finance and real estate financings, acquisition financing and corporate loans.
