Partner and head of the firm-wide Disputes practice at Wolf Theiss in Austria, Stefan Riegler advises on commercial disputes across the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors and handles corporate, post‑M&A and banking disputes. He acts as counsel and arbitrator in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations, serves on the Board of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC), and was President of the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAut) in 2022 and 2023.
