Partner at Wolf Theiss in the Czech Republic with extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, corporate law and national (Czech and Slovak) as well as EU competition law. He served as Minister of Justice of the Czech Republic (2015–2018), co-founded the law firm Vrána & Pelikán, teaches corporate and competition law at Charles University Faculty of Law, and has co‑authored the Commentary to the Civil Code (2020, 2nd ed.) and a textbook on corporate law (2015).
