He handles major bankruptcies and composition proceedings in a national and international context and advises creditors and debtors on restructuring and insolvency cases. He represents clients before the courts and other authorities in relation to debt enforcement and bankruptcy matters and serves on creditors’ committees. In addition, Pablo Duc has broad experience in corporate and property law as well as general contract law. He also has profound knowledge in the area of corporate and real estate financing.
