Christian Martin Gutekunst is an Attorney at Law and a Certified Tax Expert in the Tax group. He advises corporate and private clients on national and international tax law. He regularly provides advice to private individuals moving to Switzerland, including advice with regard to lump-sum taxation, in particular. He also provides companies and senior management with advice on setting up employee participation plans and negotiates with tax authorities in tax proceedings and tax rulings.
