
Christine Hohl
Christine is a member of the practice groups Banking & Financial Market Law and M&A / Corporate and heads the financing practice at Wenger Plattner. She focuses primarily on international and national financing transactions, financial restructurings, M&A transactions and private equity transactions. Christine advises banks and other financing parties, corporates, sponsors as well as agents and security agents in loan financings, bond issuances, receivables financings, factoring, securitisations and repurchase transactions. She has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions, acquisition finance, project finance, (pre-)export finance and real estate finance both in Switzerland and the UK. She is active in professional organisations such as the Loan Market Association and publishes and speaks in her areas of expertise.
