He has extensive experience in other intellectual property and related disciplines, such as copyright, personal and company name law, unfair competition law, IT law, and data protection. Damian Schai's work has numerous points of contact with the Life Sciences and Health Law practice area, particularly in the form of license and research and development agreements. In addition, he can draw on a wealth of experience in civil procedure law and employment law, which he gained as a court clerk and in numerous court proceedings as a lawyer.
