Counsel in the Employment and Social department at KLEYR GRASSO in Luxembourg, Sandra Rapp advises national and international clients on employment contracts, staff representation and cross-border employment matters (including posting of workers, supply of manpower and social security aspects); she also handles transfers of undertakings, dismissals and termination procedures. She joined the firm in 2012 from a magic circle law firm and is a lecturer in labour law at EIC Trier – IHK/HWK – Europa- und Innovationscentre GmbH, the Chambre des Métiers and the House of Training.
