Partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice at Domanski Zakrzewski Palinka, specialising in criminal business law, criminal fiscal law and criminal liability of collective entities. He has more than fifteen years' experience handling complex business litigation — particularly white-collar crime and cross-border cybercrime (including BEC scams) — advising Polish and foreign clients at pre-trial and trial stages, acting both as defence counsel and as representative of harmed entities; he also advises on dawn raid procedures, shareholder disputes and protection of personal rights, and undertakes pro bono work with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights.
