Roxana Abrasu is a Partner and Head of the Employment practice of NNDKP. With a career spanning more than 18 years, Roxana's expertise covers the full lifecycle of employment relationships, from the design and implementation of internal policies to the management of individual and collective dismissal procedures. She regularly advises on strategic workforce restructuring and downsizing initiatives, and has extensive experience with the full range of employment termination scenarios, including those arising from misconduct, redundancy and mutual agreement, as well as in managing cross-border and local business transfers (TUPE).
