Sorina Olaru is a highly experienced litigator with over 26 years of experience in the field of litigation, including mediation and arbitration. She represents and coordinates the representation of clients before the Romanian courts of all levels and specialization (civil, commercial, banking, intellectual property, competition, labour, or administrative), including the High Court of Cassation and Justice and the Constitutional Court of Romania. Additionally, Sorina brings solid expertise in representing clients before the General Court of the European Union (EU Tribunal), the European Court of Justice, as well as the European Court of Human Rights. Sorina's areas of expertise include administrative and competition disputes, regulatory and licensing disputes, restructuring disputes, as well as complex and multidisciplinary disputes, with multiple claims and parties, involving civil commercial and property recovery matters, intellectual property rights, patents in the pharmaceutical sector, commercial, banking and fiscal law.
