Ciprian Paun
Ciprian Păun has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession and is Co-head of NNDKP Cluj-Napoca Office. He guides clients through a broad range of transactional, commercial and operational matters, with a particular emphasis on the corporate and tax areas. On the corporate side, he brings his expertise in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, as well as other general corporate advisory matters, helping clients implement their business optimization plans, while in the tax area, he regularly assists clients in resolving a wide range of tax contentious matters.
