He supported projects in relation to the construction and reconstruction of large shopping malls and residential complexes, including construction in the historical areas of settlements. Taras also supported major investment agreements for the purchase and lease of land and shopping malls and developed and implemented financing mechanisms for construction projects to optimise the tax burden on the developer.
