
Max Hetterscheidt
Max is a counsel in the dispute resolution department. He is an expert in cross border Litigation & Arbitration. His practice covers the entire range of dispute resolution, with a focus on contractual liability, director’s and shareholder’s liability, M&A related disputes, follow-on (cartel) damage claims, fraud and proceedings regarding the recognition, enforcement and annulment of (arbitral) awards. Max has acted as counsel in (international) arbitrations under, inter alia, the ICC, DIAC, NAI, CEPANI and other arbitration rules. Max is recognized in the Legal 500 rankings as a key lawyer in the area of “Dispute resolution: Commercial litigation”.
