Jasper Stek

Jasper Stek is a co-founder of Stek and Of Counsel in Stek’s corporate and commercial team. He represents national and international clients in corporate transactions and advises on a variety of commercial contracts. In addition, he acts as arbitrator and as binding advisor and is regularly appointed as investigator by the Enterprise Chamber of the Court of Appeal in Amsterdam in corporate litigation matters. Jasper is a member of the Disciplinary Board of the Amsterdam Bar Association. He holds memberships of the International Bar Association, the Dutch Association for Corporate Litigation and the Rimari Foundation for court-appointed officers.
