Louis is a partner in the banking and finance team at Philip Lee with significant experience in advising institutional and private clients on a wide range of multi jurisdiction corporate lending matters, specialising in real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance and asset-based lending, including factoring and invoice discounting. In addition to general transactional corporate lending, Louis has also managed and participated in multi-departmental teams on loan sale projects involving large portfolio sales and bilateral off market sales and acquisitions, acting for vendors and bidders/investors seeking to purchase new assets.
