Michele Papa is a Senior associate at IP Law Galli, focusing on consultancy and litigation in trademarks, designs, copyright, patents, domain names, trade secrets and unfair competition, with particular regard to industrial design, art and fashion industries. He is a teaching fellow in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Parma, regularly contributes to Il Diritto Industriale and Diritto di Internet, and is a member of the Designs Standing Committee of AIPPI.
