Jan Lasák is a partner at Kocián Šolc Balaštík who focuses on company and group law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law and corporate governance, advising major Czech and international clients on complex corporate and M&A matters. He is also an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, teaches corporate law at Palacký University in Olomouc, and is a frequent author and speaker on corporate and commercial law.
