Partner at Sérvulo & Associados since 2008, specializing in public law and arbitration, and Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon. He holds a PhD (University of Lisbon, 2015) on the separation of legislative and judicial powers, is a member of the Board of the Institute of Legal and Political Sciences, a Senior Researcher Fellow at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Public Law, and is an active guest lecturer/tutor and author in constitutional and administrative law.
