Partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning department at Sérvulo & Associados, Eduardo Gonçalves Rodrigues has been with the firm since 2017 and specialises in planning law and urbanism. He holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon School of the Catholic University of Portugal (2003) and an architecture degree from the Faculty of Architecture of the Technical University of Lisbon (2000), is a member of Ad Urbem, the Portuguese Urbanists Association and the College of Urbanistic Architects of the Order of Architects, and teaches the Training Course for Expert Evaluators at the Center for Judicial Studies.
