Rui Medeiros is a partner in the Public Law and Arbitration departments at Sérvulo & Associados, having been with the firm since 1999. He is a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (PhD 1999) and has served in government and arbitration roles, including as Minister for Modernisation of the Administration (October–November 2015) and membership of multiple arbitration and public-law committees.
