He focuses on criminal and regulatory offences litigation and legal compliance; holds a Scientific Master’s Degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Studies (University of Lisbon, 2023), joined the Bar in 2021, is a member of the Criminal Forum (since 2022) and a researcher at the Institute of Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences (IDPCC) since 2024.
