Partner in the Real Estate and Urban Planning practice at Ramón y Cajal Abogados in Spain. He specialises in real estate, urban planning, administrative and environmental law — advising on planning instruments, real estate transactions and due diligence, licensing, environmental impact assessments and administrative appeals — and joined the firm as partner in 2011 after practising at Uría Menéndez since 2002; he also teaches and lectures on urban development and law topics.
