Partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados, Luis Briones joined the firm as Head Partner of Litigation in the Barcelona office in February 2012 and has been a key figure in litigation for more than fifteen years. He has extensive experience representing defendants in civil and commercial judicial and arbitration proceedings and advises on franchising networks from both contractual and procedural standpoints; he regularly participates in arbitration proceedings before Spanish national tribunals including CIMA, TAB and the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association.
