About
Partner in the firm's Barcelona tax practice, advising medium- and large-sized companies across sectors on all areas of tax law, with particular experience in taxation of real estate transactions, tax planning, tax inspections and tax disputes. He also advises foreign companies and individuals on investments and divestments in Spain, has participated in group and transnational financing restructuring transactions, and teaches as Associate Professor at UDIMA and Professor (co-director of a master’s programme) at CEF.
