Andrea Gaboardi

Andrea Gaboardi has been with the Firm since 2018 and has been a Partner of the Firm since 2025. He is mainly focused in all matters relating to labour law, industrial relations and agency contracts. He advises clients, both domestic and foreign operating in all productive sectors, in all aspects related to these matters with a particular focus on the processes of recruitment, management, reorganisation and restructuring of the workforce, negotiation and assistance of top management, drafting of remuneration policies and stock option plans as well as in litigation matters. He has gained particular experience in the management of labour law aspects related to extraordinary transactions and in the field of social shock absorbers, as well as in the management of industrial relations, supporting clients during the negotiations with trade unions and the definition of company level collective agreements. In previous years, he collaborated with other leading law firms. He graduated in Law in 2010 from the Università degli Studi di Milano and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2013.
