
Riccardo Salerno
Riccardo Salerno regularly assists industrial and financial clients, either Italian and international, in relation to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, on a continuative basis or within the context of extraordinary transactions, also focusing on corporate governance and relationships among shareholders. Furthermore, he has a remarkable experience in equity and debt capital markets and listed companies regulation, including the special provisions governing disclosure and market abuse, and he has assisted, depending on the circumstances, issuers, board committees, investors, shareholders, banks and financial intermediaries in several important public M&A transactions (such as mergers, demergers, asset contributions and takeover bids), also cross-border, as well as within the offering and admission to listing of securities on domestic and European regulated markets and MTFs (e.g., IPOs, offers for sale, bond issues and extraordinary transactions on share capital). Riccardo Salerno joined the firm in 2022. Previously, he worked for 14 years in a leading Italian law firm in Rome. During that period, he was also seconded for several months to the Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) offices of the same firm.
