Ola Åhman is a partner based in Sweden with more than 25 years of experience and is widely recognized as one of Sweden’s foremost experts in Public M&A and Capital Markets. He advises financial and strategic investors, financial institutions and listed companies on public takeovers, restructurings, capital raisings and regulatory/compliance matters; he serves on the main board of the Swedish Bar Association and is a member of the Swedish Securities Council, and holds a Ph.D. in Civil Law from Uppsala University.
