She has led major acquisitions of commercial properties, logistics centers, hospitality assets, representing REICs, institutional investors, and international asset managers. Her practice combines deep expertise in structuring real estate deals -through both share and asset transactions- with a strong track record in negotiating financing agreements and managing large-scale development projects. Prior to joining P&P, Amalia served as Head of Legal at Everty, a multinational real estate company, overseeing the legal operations for a diverse international real estate portfolio, and held senior roles at top-tier Greek law firms. Amalia is recognized by Chambers Europe and The Legal 500 for her expertise and leadership in the real estate sector.
