Partner - Head of Finance and Capital Markets Nikolas advises extensively on domestic and cross-border finance and capital markets transactions, across the capital structure, including secured and unsecured lending as well as private placements and public offerings of equity and credit instruments, acting for lenders and underwriters, such as banks, funds and institutional investors, as well as for issuers.
