Edvard Cock’s main areas of practice are in capital markets, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Cock has extensive experience in advising Norwegian and international companies on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, sales processes, restructurings and other equity transactions as well as stock-exchange listings, equity issues and rules and regulations for capital markets, including voluntary and mandatory offers, disclosure requirements and insider trading rules. In addition to his law degree, Cock has an MBA from Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he specialised in finance and private equity/venture capital.
