
Sophus Bøgeskov Christensen
Sophus Bøgeskov Christensen conducts litigation and arbitration, including institutional as well as ad hoc arbitration. In this connection, he represents insurance companies and foreign clients. Sophus is a leading adviser within all problems relating to operation, transfer and dispute resolution within the horse and veterinarian industry, including contract drafting and dispute resolution. Further, he is a certified arbitrator before Danish and international arbitration tribunals, and he is also qualified to act as arbitrator. In 2003, Sophus was a deputy judge at the Western High Court. From 2003-2012, he was part-time lecturer in Procedure at the University of Aarhus and tutor for the University’s team in the international arbitration competition Willem C.
