
Klavs Gravesen
Klavs Gravesen is specialised in energy law, supply law and municipal company law and has many years’ experience advising on issues relating to the interaction between the energy sector and the municipal sector. He advises municipalities and municipal communities and has since 2000 dealt especially with issues relating to privatisation of municipal companies and transactions in the supply area. Klavs was previously employed with the Ministry of Justice, the Law Department, including as Secretary to the Minister, and with the Legal Secretariat of the Danish Parliament. He therefore has in-depth knowledge of the legislative process. Klavs has been a partner at Horten since 1998.
