Ulrik Holsted-Sandgreen

Ulrik Holsted-Sandgreen provides legal and strategic advice to Danish and international companies. Furthermore, Ulrik is a member of the board of directors of several Danish companies, including listed companies. He has wide expertise in advising on financial restructuring and turnaround, and he advises companies and banks on bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings and non-performing loans. Ulrik has been appointed trustee and restructuring administrator of many companies. Ulrik also advises on the purchase of assets and activities from distressed companies (distressed M&A).
