Anders Ibsen Melballe

Anders Ørskov Melballe has many years of experience as a specialist in restructuring companies, bankruptcy processing and dispute resolution. He is a certified insolvcency lawyer by the association Danish Insolvency Lawyers (Danske Insolvensadvokater). As a partner in the insolvency department, Anders advises a large number of Danish and foreign companies, including especially financial creditors, on destitute engagements, reconstructions and bankruptcies. He does this based on a commercial, solution-oriented and transaction-based approach that ensures the client the best solution.
