
Nicolai Mallet
Partner Nicolai Mallet advises on general commercial law with main emphasis on commercial contracts, project management, M&A, company law and employment law. He is a member of a number of company boards and serves as strategic advisor for various Danish and German commercial undertakings and organisations. Since 2000, Nicolai has had special focus on development, sale and financing of wind turbine and solar energy projects within the EU. Nicolai is an experienced litigator having conducted a wide range of cases before the courts in all instances. He is among the most experienced appointed assistants in government-appointed commissions of inquiry (most recently the Instruction Commission, the Tibet Commission 2 and the Commission of Inquiry into SKAT).
