
Søren Ole Nielsen
Søren Ole Nielsen offers specialist advice on individual employment law and collective labour law, primarily as an adviser to employers. He works with all aspects of employment law, e.g. employment contracts, executive service contracts, non-competition and non-solicitation of customer clauses, equal treatment, disabilities, terminations, summary dismissals, severance agreements and mass lay-offs. He conducts cases before the ordinary courts and industrial organs such as the Labour Court, industrial arbitration, the Unfair Dismissals Tribunal and the Dismissals Tribunal for Managers and Executives on terminations and summary dismissals, equal treatment and discrimination, and on violation of non-competition clauses and the Marketing Practices Act. He is an experienced lecturer and has run a number of courses for businesses on labour law topics. He also provides advice on agents and distributors and has represented a number of sports clubs.
